About me
Welcome! I am so glad you are visiting my website and considering coaching.
My name is Kiersten Meyers. I have spent over 20 years working in higher education and more than 25 years supporting individuals of various ages and learning needs. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University and a Master’s in Education from Towson University. Throughout my career, I have completed specialized training in accessibility, neurodivergence, mental health first aid, crisis intervention, trauma-informed practices, behavioral de-escalation, healthy boundaries, post-secondary accommodations, and the legal landscape of 504s and IEPs. My background ranges from facilitating positive parenting workshops and teacher professional development to teaching college courses and leading faculty trainings.
At my core, I am a lifelong learner who loves both teaching and growing. After our youngest child left for college, I searched for a new professional adventure. Following months of researching programs, reflecting on my passion for helping others, and aligning with what I truly enjoy, I became a dually Nationally Board-Certified Executive Function Coach and ADHD Coach. My goal is to help individuals build practical, everyday strategies rooted in neuroscience research.
I genuinely love supporting my clients and cheering them on as they work toward becoming the best version of themselves. Every person is unique, valuable, and possesses a distinct set of strengths and challenges. With the right tools, anyone can leverage their strengths to unlock their full potential. Let’s work together to unlock your pathway!
